The Spring Sports Banquet celebrated our 2023 tennis team and an entire year of highly successful Oxford athletics.
Coach Switaj’s words touched on the humorous, serious, and bittersweet moments of the team’s journey, highlighting the efforts of the following young men with awards:
Most Improved: Olin R
MVP: Blake K
Mr. Lindquist also recognized our IRON MAN recipients — those boys who participated in all three varsity sports this year: Noah K, Thomas R, Ethan R, Brett D, Kenneth K, and Tommy H.
Finally, the winner of the Walter D. Mitchel award (given to any individual who went above and beyond in their passion and dedication to Oxford Sports — whether on the fields, courts, or sidelines) was Ethan R.
