I approached the seemingly normal house, stepping out of the police cruiser. “The situation is delicate, sir,” an officer informed me. “We know very little; something prompted the group of teens to run away, and that’s all we know.” I looked at the empty illuminated house, feeling really unsettled. “We have search parties deployed, right?” I questioned. The officer gulped, “Well, yes, but here's the thing,” pointing to some officers who were wrapped with blankets, babbling nonsense. “So one group went insane...” I said, frightened, “And the other?” The officer shook his head. “That’s just it. They never came back.”
